  • Check-in and check-out

    Our check-in and check-out service is used in conjunction with our inventory service, which is a clear record of the condition and contents of a rental property.

    Check-in

    We will meet the tenant at the point they move into the rental property to go through the inventory and make sure they are happy and satisfied with it.

    We’re happy to record extra information, with photographs, and then we’ll update the inventory before presenting it to both parties for signature.

    Our tenants and landlords love this as it gives them peace of mind in a signed document about the condition of a property when the tenancy starts.

    Check-out

    The check-out follows the same procedure as the check-in: we meet the tenant at the rental property and use the inventory to identify any discrepancies. Typically, this highlights any cleaning requirements, damage or missing items.

    As with the check-in, we’re happy to record extra information, as well as photographs, and then we’ll update the inventory before presenting it to both parties for signature.

    Please note: we do not negotiate with the tenant or landlord regarding any deductions from the deposit.
